DiDi Global is seeking a CX IBG Business Insights professional to drive data-driven CX initiatives in Mexico. You will partner with the CX team to shape metrics, run analyses, and deliver insights that influence strategic decisions across markets. The role emphasizes AI-enabled automation and stakeholder collaboration.

You will design and maintain dashboards, mentor teams, and promote a data-driven culture with robust reporting and proactive guidance for business improvements.

Formación

• Proven experience delivering data-driven insights to organizations.
• Strong statistical foundation with hypothesis testing.
• Synthesis of large datasets into clear insights and actionable recommendations.

Responsabilidades

• Deeply understand information needs of the CX team and internal clients, identifying gaps to drive the business forward.
• Monitor customer-centric KPIs through robust reporting and analytics.
• Apply quantitative methods to uncover trends and anomalies in CX data.
• Incorporate new tools including LLMs and generative AI into analytical workflows to accelerate insights.
• Generate data-driven recommendations to improve customer experience and business outcomes.
• Act as PoC for the CX IBG Business Insights team in Mexico, aligning with stakeholders.
• Design, evolve, and maintain automated reports, dashboards, and alerts for self-service data usage.
• Collaborate with Business Process teams to develop user guides and documentation.
• Lead training sessions to empower users in data-driven decision making.
