Jobtailor in Mexico is seeking a Senior Customs Specialist with 6+ years of experience in import/export. You will support insourcing, document processes and develop flow charts, and coordinate across sites and with customs providers.

You will engage suppliers, buyers, and other parties as part of the Global Customs strategy, and provide technical and analytical support for customs and trade compliance matters. Bilingual Spanish/English required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in international trade or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in the customs space: import and export activities.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Strong understanding of MX customs regulations and international trade laws.
• Experience coordinating customs brokers and service providers with KPIs and scorecards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Extensive experience/knowledge of Customs bonded warehouse.
• Coordinate import/export coordination among the different sites and with Customs service providers.
• Coordinate engagement with suppliers, buyers and other parties involved in the customs process as part of Global Customs strategy.
• Provide technical and analytical support for customs and trade compliance matters.

• Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
