Job summary

FedEx Express Latin America and Caribbean Division is seeking a Customs Agent-1 at Querétaro, Mexico to handle import/export and clearance operations. You’ll prepare customs documents, coordinate with authorities, and support front-line operations with data entry and ramp tasks.

The role requires a Bachelor's in international trade or related field, 2 years' experience in air cargo and customs, and solid English (450 TOEIC). Willingness to work flexible hours is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in international trade or related field.

• Two years of experience in handling air cargo and customs procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all necessary customs forms for import, export and transit procedures.
• Prepare forms detailing duties, taxes/VAT.
• Prepare international manifests for cargo release.
• Ensure compliance with country policies and FedEx rules.
• Interact with customs officials and coordinate activities.
• Inform customers about tax payments and keep records organized.
• Track cases for shipments and manage inventory of loads.
