Job summary

FedEx Express Latin America and Caribbean Division is seeking a Warehouse Agent II in Toluca, Mexico. The role involves handling movement of packages and documentation, ensuring accurate customs paperwork, and supporting front-line operations with data entry and office tasks.

Minimum requirements include a high school degree and good English; two years of international freight/cargo customs experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent.
• Good English skills.
• Two years of international freight/cargo customs experience preferred.
• Knowledge of airport and customs clearance procedures preferred.
• Forklift handling experience.
• CRT experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Move packages and documentation within FedEx facilities and/or customs/forwarders.
• Maintain customs documentation and filing.
• Distribute customs paperwork to relevant departments.
• Receive customs releases and manage in-bond transfers.
• Sort and baggage support at airport/station; retrieve air freight.
• Pull copies of AWB for overages.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
