GE Vernova is seeking a candidate for the Rotating Parts Sales Team in Mexico City. The role focuses on processing quotes and orders, supporting outage planning, and meeting customer needs while aligning with GE Vernova processes and the product portfolio.

Success depends on collaboration with engineering, fulfillment, and sales teams, plus a lean, data-driven approach to improvements. Proactive communication with customers and internal teams is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering is required.
• Experience in application engineering or customer service, or Steam Turbine Technology knowledge.
• Knowledge of Incoterms and market pricing.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively develop parts lists during outage pre-planning and pre-bid phases.
• Generate accurate quotations and proposals per established procedures.
• Partner with STMs and suppliers to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Facilitate communication to resolve technical issues and handle invoice/warranty disputes (NCRs).
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and opportunity pipelines in CRM (NEX).
• Coordinate with Part Sales Manager, Repair Sales Managers and Field Engineers to support integrated service solutions.
