GE Vernova in Mexico is seeking a Customer Success/Services Manager to lead regional service activities, addressing customer concerns and coordinating cross-functional teams. The role includes people management and enforcing best practices across the area.

Traveler must be willing to travel at least 50% and possess strong communication skills. Prior experience in services management within the power generation sector is required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
• Relevant experience in the Services & Customer Service Management in the Power Generation Industry.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
• This position requires prior experience in a customer facing role.
• The candidate should be willing and able to travel at least 50% of the time.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the single point of contact to the customer for timely and satisfactory resolution of concerns covering a wide variety of support services offered for assigned region, product, or coverage area.
• Includes direct people management responsibility including staffing and performance development.
• Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market.
• Uses some judgment and has some ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters to address more complicated manufacturing processes with technical variety and/or interdependent production cycles.
• Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. May lead small projects with low risks and resource requirements.
