GE-Vernova- is seeking a leader in services and customer service management to act as the primary customer contact for regional support, oversee staffing and performance, and drive service delivery across power generation projects. The role requires travel at least half the time and coordination with cross-functional teams.

You will engage with customers, manage regional product support, and contribute to program planning and execution in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
• Experience in the Services & Customer Service Management in the Power Generation Industry.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• This position requires travel of at least 50% of the time.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the single point of contact to the customer for timely and satisfactory resolution of concerns covering a wide variety of support services offered for assigned region, product, or coverage area.
• Includes direct people management responsibility including staffing and performance development; uses depth of technical discipline and analytical thinking to execute policy/strategy.
• Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; understands market competition.
• May lead small projects with low risks and guide teams to consensus, while communicating expectations and handling sensitive issues.
