- San Miguel is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver effective support for internal and external customers, leveraging in-depth product knowledge and strong relationships with clients and colleagues. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (administration or related) and 3+ years of experience, with excellent English communication and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in administration or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience as a Customer Service Representative.
• Excellent English oral and written communication skills.
• Outstanding organizational skills.
• Ability to clearly present concepts to customers.
• Must be self-directed and highly motivated.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, work independently and train others when applicable.

Responsibilities

• Promptly process customer orders.
• Respond to customer inquiries.
• Place and expedite orders based on requirements.
• Follow progress of orders with production schedules.
• Anticipate delivery challenges and take corrective action.
• Coordinate with Shipping/Production for material availability and delivery promises.
• Provide follow-up with customers and initiate correspondence.
• Assist with pricing/invoicing questions and complaints.
• Analyze solutions to meet customer needs.
• Access, update and maintain customer records.
• Assist with development and implementation of goals per management directives.
