GlobalLogic is seeking a Customer Success Engineer to maximize value of PAS platform for healthcare IT security customers. You will combine deep technical expertise with customer engagement to drive adoption, optimization, and long-term success.

You will work with CSMs, Support, Engineering, and Product to guide deployments, address complex challenges, relay feedback, and help shape new features while ensuring customers become self-sufficient users.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role.
• Strong Privileged Access Management background.
• Ability to explain complex tech to diverse audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Advise customers on PAS solutions architecture and integration.
• Provide deep technical support for post-sale adoption.
• Serve as escalation point for PAS questions.
• Develop and share best practices across customers.
• Relay customer feedback to Product and Engineering.
• Guide customers to become self-sufficient users.
