Clara is seeking a Customer Success Associate for our Mexico team to manage client accounts, ensuring they obtain value from our platform and act as trusted advisors.

You will drive retention, identify upsell opportunities, and work with Sales, Product, and Marketing to align on client needs. Fluent English and Spanish and 2–3 years in CS/AM/Sales are expected, with HubSpot experience. Hybrid work model.

Formación

• 2–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales.
• Background in fintech, banking, SaaS, or financial services.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, specifically HubSpot.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of Clara clients and ensure they get value from the platform.
• Drive customer retention and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing to advocate for customer needs.
