Watlow Mexico is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team at the El Marqués plants in Querétaro. You will support daily inquiries, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure a positive, professional customer experience aligned with The Watlow Way.

Responsabilités

• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints about Watlow products and services.
• Investigate and resolve issues in a timely, professional manner.
• Create and process orders, quotes, credits, and other customer-related transactions.
• Manage order confirmations, changes, or cancellations and access customer websites as needed.
• Track shipments, open orders, and rework status; coordinate with production teams.
• Release Manufacturing Orders (MOs) and check for material shortages.
• Collaborate with internal departments to champion customer needs.
• Support root cause analysis and participate in process improvement initiatives.
• Uphold company policies and Watlow’s values in every interaction.
