Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints about Watlow products and services.

• Create and process orders, quotes, credits, and other customer-related transactions.
• Manage order confirmations, changes, or cancellations and access customer websites as needed.
• Track shipments, open orders, and rework status; coordinate with production teams.
• Release Manufacturing Orders (MOs) and check for material shortages.
• Collaborate with internal departments to champion customer needs.
• Support root cause analysis and participate in process improvement initiatives.
• Uphold company policies and Watlow’s values in every interaction.

In this role, you will provide daily support to customer inquiries related to Watlow products and services. You will serve as a key liaison between our customers and internal teams to ensure a positive and professional customer experience aligned with The Watlow Way.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints regarding Watlow products and services.
• Investigate and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Create and process orders, standard quotes, credits, and other customer-related transactions.
• Manage order confirmations, changes, or cancellations—may involve accessing customer websites.
• Track shipments, open orders, and rework status as needed.
• Release Manufacturing Orders (MOs), check for material shortages, and coordinate with production teams.
• Collaborate with internal departments to champion customer needs.
• Advocate for the customer within the organization and support root cause analysis efforts.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and support continuous learning.
• Uphold company policies, procedures, and model Watlow’s values in every interaction.
