Job summary

BorgWarner PowerDrive Systems is seeking a results-driven Customer Service Representative in Mexico to ensure orders are correct and to be the first contact for customers regarding order status and delivery. You will work under the Materials & Logistics Manager to maintain strong client relationships.

Responsibilities include updating orders, coordinating with Production Control, expediting shipments, and providing timely feedback while monitoring potential problems affecting deliveries.

Qualifications

• Degree in Administration, International Trade, Economics or Industrial Engineering.
• 1 year or more in a similar Customer Service role.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Receive customer information and update orders in a timely and correct manner.
• Communicate order requirements to Production Control and ensure timely delivery.
• Provide customers with order status feedback and manage changes or expedites.
• Maintain healthy client relationships and inform management of potential delivery issues.
