Schneider Electric offers a temporary learning opportunity in the CS&Q organization where you’ll support quality initiatives and track customer issues. You’ll gain practical skills that set you up for success while contributing to production line quality and defect reduction.

Ideal candidates are engineering students with strong English, proficient in MS Office, data dashboards, and basic analytics. Morning availability is required in Reynosa, Mexico.

• Active student of industrial eng or computational systems
• Graduating in December 2027 or later
• Advanced English
• Availability in the mornings

Responsabilidades

• Support quality improvement initiatives and track customer issues.
• Work on projects within the CS&Q organization to reduce defects in customer products.
• Engage in root cause analysis, corrective actions, and cost of quality improvements

What will you do?

• You will be assigned to specific projects within the CS&Q organization that will deliver value to enhance the Quality Fundamentals deployed in production lines and the reduction of defects on our Customer's products. (Root Cause-Corrective Action process, Operational execution, Cost of Quality improvement)

What qualifications will make you successful?

• Engineering background, proficient in MS Office suite (Shared databases, sharepoints, etc), preferrable knowledge on Data dashboards creation and automated reporting (IA supported)
• Bilingual, Data analytics and basic knowledge on IA, preferred Quality functions knowledge, understanding of communication and negotiation on 1 to 1 interactions
