Garrett Advancing Motion Mexico seeks a Quality Engineer to oversee quality activities and ensure customer satisfaction. You will lead and support projects to obtain customer certifications for the plant and drive the quality management system's successful execution.

Direct customer communication, strong CORE TOOLS knowledge (APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP) and IATF-16949 expertise are required; Ford experience is highly preferred.

Descripción del empleo

Oversees and/or performs Quality activities oriented to assure Customer Satisfaction. Will have direct & frequent contact with customer and/or internal/external cross-functional team impact as requested. Lead & Support Projects related to Get Customer Certifications for the plant, is going to be the driver of the effective execution of Quality Projects and the quality management system.

Experienced quality engineer (3 years minimum), Technical Knowledge on Quality Systems & Standards, Direct Customer Communication (Ford is highly preferred), Knowledge in CORE TOOLS (APQP, FMEA , MSA, SPC, PPAP) IATF-16949 (Highly preferred).

Highly preferred having experience directly working with clients on tracking projects, reviewing non-conformances with clear and accurate updates and negotiating agreements; deep understanding del customer portal (Ford - MMOG/LE desirable )
