Garrett - Advancing Motion in Mexicali seeks an experienced Quality Engineer to oversee quality activities and ensure customer satisfaction. You will interact with customers and cross-functional teams to drive certification projects and implement the plant's quality management system.

The role requires knowledge of core quality tools and IATF 16949 with a focus on Ford platforms and MMOG/LE style collaboration. Experience dealing with clients and portals is highly valued.

Formación

• Experienced quality engineer (3 years minimum).
• Technical Knowledge on Quality Systems & Standards.
• Direct Customer Communication (Ford is highly preferred).
• Knowledge in CORE TOOLS (APQP, FMEA , MSA, SPC, PPAP).
• Experienced with IATF-16949 (Highly preferred).

Lead & Support Projects related to Get Customer Certifications for the plant, is going to be the driver of the effective execution of Quality Projects and the quality management system.

Highly preferred having experience directly working with clients on tracking projects, reviewing non-conformances with clear and accurate updates and negotiating agreements; Deep understanding of customer portals, with specific experience in the Ford platform.(MMOG/LE)
