Joyson Safety Systems in Mexico is seeking a Quality Engineer to monitor and support quality auditors, drive COPQ reduction, investigate customer complaints, and analyze data to reduce defects. You will ensure compliance with Ford and customer requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product and process quality.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field is required.
• Experience in quality engineering within a manufacturing environment is required.
• Knowledge of quality tools such as 8D, FMEA, APQP, SPC and Root Cause Analysis is required.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential.
• Automotive industry experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades
