Confidential Careers is seeking an experienced Quality Engineer for the automotive manufacturing sector. You will lead quality improvement projects, drive root cause analysis, and support production operations with a strong focus on QMS and CSR compliance.

The role requires five or more years in automotive quality engineering, advanced English proficiency, and demonstrated ability to work with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Engineering within the automotive manufacturing industry.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
• Experience interacting with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to lead quality improvement projects and support production operations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead quality improvement initiatives and support production operations.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate internal and supplier quality audits and ensure CSR compliance.
• Maintain and improve Quality Management System processes and metrics.

• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Quality Assurance.
• Certified Lead Auditor in IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
• Experience in process control, problem solving, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred certification.
• Knowledge of customer-specific requirements (CSR) and customer audits.
• Advanced proficiency in Automotive Core Tools:
• APQP
• PPAP
• FMEA
• SPC
• MSA
• Experience in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Engineering within the automotive manufacturing industry.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
