You will act as a primary link between customers and internal teams, proactively managing supply chain risks and coordinating recovery actions to build trust through reliable execution.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in customer service, order fulfillment, logistics, or supply chain operations within a manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of SAP and order management processes.
• Business-level English proficiency (B2+).
• Ability to work onsite in Guadalajara, Jalisco.

Responsabilidades

• Manage customer orders, releases, priorities, and shipments from order receipt through delivery.
• Monitor material availability, past due demand, shortages, and supply risks, proactively driving containment and escalation activities when needed.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely material preparation, release, transportation, and delivery execution.
• Ensure accurate and timely transactions and documentation in SAP, EDI systems, customer portals, ASN processes, and PGI/POGI activities.
• Maintain proactive communication with customers regarding commitments, changes, risks, shipment status, and recovery plans.
• Evaluate and negotiate feasible alternatives to support customer requirements while balancing operational constraints.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing recurring issues, late deliveries, and premium freight costs.

At Molex, we are looking for a Customer Focus Representative to ensure the successful fulfillment of customer requirements from material availability through final delivery. In this role, you will serve as a key link between customers and internal teams, proactively managing supply chain risks, coordinating recovery actions, and building trust through reliable execution and communication.

Our Team

You will be part of a collaborative Customer Focus team that works cross-functionally with Planning, Production, Materials, Logistics, and Shipping to deliver exceptional customer experiences while supporting business objectives and operational excellence.

What You Will Do

• Manage customer orders, releases, priorities, and shipments from order receipt through delivery.
• Monitor material availability, past due demand, shortages, and supply risks, proactively driving containment and escalation activities when needed.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in customer service, order fulfillment, logistics, or supply chain operations within a manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of SAP and order management processes.
• Business-level English proficiency (B2 or above) with the ability to communicate effectively with international customers and global teams.
• Ability to work onsite in Guadalajara, Jalisco.

What Will Put You Ahead

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, order fulfillment, logistics, or customer-focused supply chain roles.
• Experience in the automotive, electronics, or high-volume manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of EDI, ASN, customer portals, PGI/POGI, and shipment execution processes.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience collaborating across multiple functions to resolve customer and supply chain challenges.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and prioritization skills.
• Demonstrated sense of urgency and customer-focused decision-making.
