Molex is seeking a General Affairs Manager to lead critical workplace services that enable safe, efficient, and productive operations at our Guadalajara manufacturing facility. In this role, you will drive facilities excellence, supplier performance, security operations, administrative services, and cost optimization initiatives while supporting a world-class employee experience and operational environment.

Our Team

You will join the Guadalajara Operations team and work closely with plant leadership, Environmental Health & Safety, Facilities, Purchasing, Human Resources, and external service providers. This team is focused on creating value through operational excellence, continuous improvement, compliance, and efficient resource management while supporting plant performance and employee success.

What You Will Do

• Lead the strategy and execution of general affairs activities that support a safe, efficient, and productive manufacturing environment.
• Develop and execute initiatives that optimize operating costs while maintaining high service levels across workplace support functions.
• Build strong partnerships with suppliers and service providers to deliver reliable, value-driven solutions for the site.
• Oversee facility-related services that enhance the employee and visitor experience while supporting business objectives.
• Champion security, environmental, and administrative programs that protect company assets and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities that increase operational effectiveness and create long-term value.
• Partner with site leadership to support Environmental, Health & Safety, Quality, Lean Manufacturing, and 5S initiatives.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Seven or more years of experience in general affairs, facilities management, administration, or operations management.
• Experience managing supplier relationships, service contracts, and operating budgets.
• Experience supporting workplace services in a manufacturing, industrial, or operational environment.
• Professional English proficiency with the ability to communicate effectively across functions.

What Will Put You Ahead

• Master's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Experience supporting a large manufacturing facility.
• Experience leading multiple support functions such as Facilities, Security, Maintenance, Administrative Services, Purchasing, or EHS.
• Experience implementing cost reduction and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience working with ERP systems and administrative management tools.
