Plata Card is building the measurement and automation foundation for Customer Care. You’ll turn data from multiple sources into insights, dashboards, and automated workflows, reducing manual work and improving decisions on customer service and complaint resolution.

This role centers on measurement, lightweight data engineering, and automation, not case execution. You’ll develop SQL pipelines with Python ETL, build Looker Studio/Tableau/Power BI dashboards, and standardise CSAT, NPS, FCR and AHT

Formación

• Strong SQL skills (joins, window functions, query optimisation).
• Hands-on Python (pandas, APIs, ETL workflows).
• Advanced English level.

Responsabilidades

• Build root cause analysis models and integrate multichannel data with outcomes.
• Automate ingestion from CRM, ticketing systems, IVR, and reporting tools; develop ETL pipelines in SQL/Python.
• Create and maintain dashboards (Looker Studio / Tableau / Power BI) and standardise CSAT, NPS, FCR, AHT metrics.
