FBS is seeking a Data Scientist to join our analytics team in Mexico. You will leverage SQL and Python to build predictive models that improve Contact Center analytics, workforce management, and customer experience.

You will partner with business stakeholders to translate problems into data-driven solutions and deliver measurable improvements. The ideal candidate brings hands-on ML experience, forecasting expertise, and the ability to communicate insights across technical and non-technical

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Data Science, Statistics, Math, CS).
• Strong SQL skills and data analysis on large datasets.
• Proficiency in Python for model development and data science.
• Experience with predictive models and machine learning.
• Knowledge of supervised learning, forecasting, and analytics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, deploy, and maintain predictive and ML models.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business problems and propose data-driven solutions.
