Plata Card is building a LatAm-based bank from scratch and seeks Lead Analysts across multiple squads in Delivery, PyME Origination, Mobile App/Payments, Credit Products, and X-Sell. You will craft the analytics roadmap, own infrastructure, and guide stakeholders with data-driven insights.

You will design scalable processes, run experiments, and mentor a growing team in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with relocation to Mexico supported.

Formación

• Mathematical or technical degree from a top-tier university.
• Expert knowledge of mathematical statistics and probability.
• Advanced SQL is a must; Python or R is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of the analytical infrastructure for your product.
• Be responsible for product performance and key metrics.
• Serve as main point of contact for stakeholders based on research.
• Design and scale operational processes, CJM, and conversion funnels.
• Run A/B tests to validate hypotheses and optimize models.
• Hire, mentor, and lead a team of analysts and establish sprint processes.
