Thomson Reuters México seeks a Business Operations & Planning Analyst to turn data into actionable insights driving product improvements and operational efficiency. You will analyze adoption, performance, and user feedback in AI-powered Agentforce tools, partnering with product, engineering, and operations leadership.

You’ll build dashboards, reports, and data models using Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, and Snowflake, with a focus on scalable analytics and governance.

Formación

• 3+ years in data analysis, operations, or analytics roles.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze adoption, usage, and performance data across AI-assisted products.
• Develop operational dashboards and monthly executive reports using Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI.
• Investigate issues via diagnostic data and surface root causes with recommended actions.
• Partner with product, engineering, operations, and customer success to meet reporting needs.
• Support data modeling and data discovery with engineering and data teams.
• Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for leadership.
