Jobtailor is seeking a data analytics specialist to build live dashboards, track trends and reveal insights across multiple business lines. You will use SQL and Python to analyze data and report findings to product, HR and CX teams to unblock bottlenecks.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, finance, or product management.
• Experience in customer experience.
• Experience in SQL and Python.
• Lean Six Sigma Certification.
• English C1. (Recommended but not required).
• Experience in data analyses and flow diagrams.

Responsabilidades

• Create live dashboards to understand data and track trends.
• Apply SQL and Python to analyze data.
• Communicate with stakeholders in product, HR, and CX to unblock bottlenecks.
• Elaborate dashboards identifying insights and patterns to improve customer experience across different lines of business.
• Follow continuous improvement methodologies across different verticals to minimize costs and improve customer experience.
