Job summary

BruntWork is seeking a Community & Social Media Manager (US Culture & Trends) to nurture online communities and execute social content across channels. The role emphasizes authentic engagement, brand voice, and proactive participation in trending conversations.

You will handle content publishing, influencer outreach, product seeding, and user-generated content management, with a 20-hour weekly commitment from a Mexico-based or remote setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on social media or community management experience.
• Strong understanding of U.S. culture and real-time pop culture trends.
• Social-first mindset with brand-voice execution.
• Excellent written communication across conversations and creator outreach.
• Knowledge of platforms etiquette and audience engagement strategies.
• Experience with scheduling/publishing tools and direct publishing.
• Detail-oriented and organized with calendar and tracker management.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily community engagement across social channels during scheduled hours.
• Respond in brand voice with helpful, personalized replies.
• Engage with customers, fans, creators, and communities beyond posts.
• Identify opportunities to participate in relevant social conversations and trends.
• Manage influencer outreach, product seeding, and user-generated content with approval workflows.
• Escalate issues and collaborate with teams to resolve concerns.
• Share insights on audience sentiment and emerging conversations.
