Qualifications

• Proven experience creating short-form content across Reels, TikTok, and carousels.
• Familiar with AI tools for ideation, scripting, or content creation.
• Strong engagement skills and ability to grow a community organically.
• Organized multitasker who handles creative and operational tasks.
• A self-starter who spots opportunities and takes initiative.
• Passion for conscious living and personal growth is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create magnetic content including posts, Reels, carousels, and stories.
• Edit and repurpose event clips into short-form videos.
• Write bold captions that feel authentic.
• Plan and manage posting calendar with designers/editors.
• Engage daily with members and DMs.
• Connect with creators, brands, influencers to grow reach.
• Promote events and collaborations.
• Coordinate vendor outreach or collabs as needed.
• Track engagement data and share insights.
• Keep the page fresh and aligned with the community mission.
