As a Community Manager at KOMMUNA MEDIA, you’ll be the voice of the brand, connecting directly with audiences to foster engagement and maintain a consistent brand presence. In this dynamic role, you will manage social media platforms, monitor online conversations, and ensure the brand’s voice resonates across all channels. This is a position for someone who thrives on creativity, communication, and data-driven strategies to build and strengthen online communities.
Schedule and publish content across social media platforms.
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and community feedback promptly.
Analyze performance metrics and create reports to identify areas for improvement.
Develop and execute engagement strategies to foster brand loyalty and interaction.
Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging.
Keep up with trends and propose innovative ways to connect with the audience.
Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English.
Basic understanding of analytics tools to measure engagement and performance.
Creativity in crafting content and engagement strategies.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple platforms and campaigns.
Previous experience in community management or social media roles.
Skills in content creation (graphic design or short-form video editing).
Familiarity with social listening tools.
Understanding of audience segmentation and targeting.
Knowledge of emerging trends in social media and digital communication.
Permanent Home Office (No surprises, and we sometimes meet to hang out).
9am-6pm Schedule (we are humans, so we are flexible).
