KOMMUNA MEDIA is hiring a Community Manager to lead brand voice across social media and online communities. You will publish content, engage audiences, monitor conversations, and report on performance with data-driven insights.

The ideal candidate thrives on creativity, clear communication in Spanish and English, and collaborates with marketing and creative teams to keep messaging consistent while staying ahead of trends.

Formación

• Proficient with major social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
• Excellent written and spoken communication in Spanish and English.
• Basic familiarity with analytics tools to measure engagement and performance.
• Creative content and engagement strategy development.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple platforms and campaigns.
• Experience in community management or social media roles.
• Experience creating content (graphics or short-form video).
• Familiar with social listening tools.
• Understanding of audience segmentation and targeting.
• Knowledge of emerging trends in social media and digital comms.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule and publish content across social media platforms.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and community feedback promptly.
• Analyze performance metrics and create reports to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and execute engagement strategies to foster brand loyalty and interaction.
