Qualifikationen

• 12+ years of software engineering leadership experience.
• Proven leadership across backend/core platforms and digital channels.
• Experience delivering large-scale, highly available systems.
• Strong knowledge of distributed systems, cloud-native architectures, APIs, event-driven integration.
• Experience leading engineering transformation and improving productivity.
• Experience in complex, global matrix organizations.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.

• Lead end-to-end engineering delivery from design to production stabilization.
