Princess Cruises seeks a Guest Services Officer for Persohotel in Mexico. You will welcome guests, answer inquiries, process payments, and support guest relations while maintaining desk coverage and a tidy reception area.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year front desk experience in 4–5 star hotels or cruise ships, fluent English, and solid computer skills. This fixed-term role offers career development and crew benefits.

Formación

• 1 year experience as Front Desk Receptionist from 4- or 5-star hotels/resorts or cruise ships.
• Graduate of a recognized hotel or business school (preferred).
• Proficiency in computer-based programs (MS Office, Outlook, various web browsers).
• Fluent English language skills, both verbal and written.

Responsabilidades

• Create a welcoming environment by meeting and greeting guests, answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls, and ensuring reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.
• Consistently maintain high visibility during desk hours, socializing with passengers, answering general inquiries, and providing support to all guests.
• Promptly address passenger inquiries regarding onboard amenities and services with empathy.
• Listen to and resolve guest complaints, keeping the Guest Relations Manager informed.
