Princess Cruises is seeking an Activity Staff for a fixed term contract at Persohotel in Mexico. The role centers on crafting memorable guest experiences through hosting, emceeing, and delivering engaging activities in line with our brand and health protocols.

The position requires a strong CV, a voice and stage presence that engages diverse guests, and a short video showcasing personality and communication skills.

Formación

• Strong guest service mindset with hospitality operations knowledge.
• Ability to design and deliver engaging activity programs for all ages.
• Confident, charismatic stage presence; engaging and humorous.
• CV must be provided with readable overview of experience.
• Video presentation showcasing personality and communication skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver guest-centric experiences aligned with brand standards and health protocols.
• Host, emcee, train, and assist activities and events for guests.
• Collaborate with onboard teams to provide info and updates.
• Own experience area and support development and execution of initiatives.
• Arrive 15 minutes early for events and maintain equipment.
