Job summary

MACA Advisors is seeking an Associate Director to own the analytical and written product on mandates. You will be accountable for what leaves the team, draft the documents the senior team builds on, and contribute your judgment to transaction decisions.

You will work directly with partners on sell-side, buy-side and capital raise mandates across sectors. This role requires cross-border experience and fluency in Spanish and English, with remote-first work and regional integration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of investment banking or M&A advisory experience, including cross-border transactions.
• Mastery of financial modeling and valuation with strong review skills.
• Fluency in drafting the full range of transaction documents.
• Working knowledge of sell-side, buy-side and capital raise processes.
• Fluency in Spanish and English; comfortable communicating with clients.
• Based in a time zone between UTC-3 and UTC-6.

Responsibilities

• Own the analytical product on live mandates and guide analysts to a high standard.
• Draft pitch materials, CIMs, teasers, bid letters, memos and process documents.
• Contribute to transaction decisions with your market view.
• Join client meetings and coordinate with counsel and co-advisors through diligence and closing.
• Propose origination ideas from your market reading, at least quarterly.
