MACA Advisors LLC is seeking a senior investment banker to originate and lead M&A, strategic and capital advisory mandates in Latin America and the Caribbean, with a focus on Mexico and cross-border opportunities.

The role is partner-level, requiring a proven track record with named clients and a willingness to relocate or spend significant time in market. Candidates should be fluent in Spanish and English and able to build a local team as the business grows.

Formación

• Experience originating and leading M&A mandates in LATAM.
• Strong knowledge of Mexico, Colombia, Chile or Argentina markets is preferred.
• Ability to build and manage client relationships at the partner level.

Responsabilidades

• Originate and lead M&A, strategic and capital advisory mandates.
• Build a pipeline of proprietary mandates through local market expertise.
• Lead cross-border work with regional and international clients and teams.
