Job summary

Castrol in Mexico City is seeking a Logistics/Warehouse Specialist to coordinate end-to-end logistics for shipments from the United States and Europe into Mexico. You will support import and customs activities and oversee secondary logistics from the border to customers, collaborating with carriers, warehousing providers and partners in a hybrid work model.

You will lead HSSE and quality standards, participate in monthly SLA reviews, and work with multiple internal teams to optimize service,

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in supply chain or related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end import logistics from the US/Europe into Mexico across road, rail and ocean.
• Work with customs agents to ensure accurate documentation and compliance.
• Lead monthly SLA reviews and drive continuous-improvement actions.
• Support D2D Logistics Analyst activities and enable new initiatives across the value chain.
• Promote HSSE and safety standards across logistics operations.
