  • Coordinate secondary logistics from the border to customers in Mexico, working with designated carriers to support reliable and timely deliveries.
  • Lead customer fulfillment activities in collaboration with supply sources, GBS, manufacturing sites, freight forwarders, warehousing providers and other value‑chain partners.
  • Drive HSSE and quality standards across logistics operations and strengthen safety leadership with internal teams and external contractors.
  • Lead monthly SLA reviews covering operational performance, projects, HSSE, quality, service and cost, and support continuous‑improvement actions.
  • Support supply chain costs, inventory targets, project roadmaps and customer requests while working with Operating Units to optimize service, cost and working capital.
  • Manage the activities of the D2D Logistics Analyst and support the execution of new‑product, geographic‑extension and broader end‑to‑end value‑chain initiatives.
Experience Required
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, supply management or a related operational environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of Mexican customs and import requirements, with experience supporting cross‑border logistics into Mexico.
  • Practical understanding of supply chain operations, including planning, inventory control, warehousing, distribution and customer fulfillment.
  • Experience coordinating logistics across road, rail and ocean transportation modes.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, networking and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to work effectively across internal teams and external partners.
  • Experience supporting continuous‑improvement initiatives and resolving operational or customer‑fulfillment issues.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field, with functional supply chain capability.
  • Bilingual English and Spanish, with proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience coordinating with customs brokers or customs agents.
  • SAP knowledge.
  • Experience in lubricants, automotive/OEM, CPG, chemical or another relevant manufacturing environment.
