Responsibilities

• Lead/coordinate activities between the shipping floor and office.
• Liaison between site shipping dept. and Global Logistics.
• Prepare documentation and maintain shipping records.
• Provide tracking/shipping history to customers on request.
• Prepare shipping paperwork for domestic and international orders.
• Review and manage open customer orders to meet ship dates.
• Coordinate freight using appropriate carriers and optimize costs.
• Utilize available tools to secure best rates and service.
