Job summary

Eaton’s GFACOE division seeks a CRM Accounting Supervisor to lead accounting operations, ensuring balance sheet integrity and SOX/compliance alignment. You will coordinate the accounting team, manage priorities, and drive process standardization using the Eaton Business System (EBS).

You will act as the primary liaison between GFACOE, supported businesses, and stakeholders, overseeing service delivery, reporting deadlines, and customer-focused improvements while mentoring team members.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in finance/accounting and auditing, Big 4 or multinational company.
• Knowledge of Mexican statutory reporting essential.
• Exposure to US GAAP / MEX GAAP reporting requirements.
• Fluent English written and spoken.
• Ability to analyze data to identify key trends and inform decisions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure month-end close compliance and timely delivery.
• Monitor KPI trends and develop strategies to meet targets.
• Serve as primary contact for internal/external inquiries on financial operations.
• Build strong relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams.
• Manage customer escalations and resolve issues to maintain satisfaction.
• Report on SLAs for financial service delivery.
• Lead quarterly business reviews with stakeholders.
