Monks, a data-driven digital-first agency, seeks a Creative Strategist to craft integrated brand systems and campaigns. You will blend culture, technology, and business insights to drive creative solutions anchored in real-time brand moments.

You will translate client needs into actionable briefs, leverage AI tools for research and audience insights, and lead ideation with the team and clients to deliver measurable results.

Formación

• 5-7 years of experience in strategy, digital marketing, brand content or consulting.
• Active use of AI tools in your current work and openness to new tools.
• A confident, clear presenter who communicates complex ideas persuasively.
• Strong familiarity with social platforms beyond just functionality.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute integrated brand strategies across campaigns, social platforms and digital actions.
• Stay fluent in culture, technology, entertainment and trends to inform concepts.
• Serve as strategic partner to understand client challenges and data deeply.
• Lead ideation sessions with the creative team and clients.
• Track KPIs and optimize live campaigns to surface opportunities.
