Zohorecruit in Mexico is seeking a junior Creative Project Manager to join the Web & Creative Services team, coordinating TV commercial production workflows from ideation through post-production. You will work with producers, directors, and vendors to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest creative standards.

• 1–3 years of project management or coordination experience in a creative setting.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Basic understanding of video production and post-production workflows.
• Proficiency with PM software, Slack, video review tools, Google Workspace, and Figma.
• Comfort using AI in daily tasks to boost productivity and workflow.
• Copywriting experience for marketing materials.
• Strong presentation and collaboration skills.
• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate end-to-end TV commercial lifecycles from ideation to post-production.
• Maintain and track project schedules, milestones, and deadlines.
• Traffic and organize project files with version control.
• Serve as primary contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Perform QA to ensure deliverables meet specs, on time, and within budget.
• Troubleshoot issues with peers and leverage analytics to improve workflows.
• Contribute to process improvements within the department.
