Atomic Hr in Mexico is seeking a Creative Project Manager for a mission-driven performance marketing client in higher education. You will plan and oversee campaigns and assets from kickoff to delivery, coordinating schedules and deadlines across cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of experience in creative project management within an agency setting, and proficiency with PM tools like Asana, Monday.com, Wrike or Trello.

Formación

• 2+ years of creative/marketing project management experience.
• Proficiency with PM tools (Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, Trello).
• Exceptional organizational & time-management skills.
• Strong communication abilities.
• Working knowledge of creative processes.
• Problem-solving mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Create & maintain project timelines across multiple campaigns.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including designers and copywriters.
• Manage workload and resources to meet objectives.
• Track progress, identify at-risk tasks, and escalate issues.
• Optimize processes and implement best practices in creative operations.
• Facilitate clear communication and regular status updates to stakeholders.
