Job summary

Mondelez International in Salinas, Mexico, is seeking a Business Development Coordinator to execute initiatives through Innovation to Market (I2M) and Initiative Management (IIM). You will ensure effective execution, coordination, tracking and communication of change for new and existing products, packaging and processes at the plant.

You will support the Site BD leader, organize trials and materials, track timings, and report to the project team.

Qualifications

• Strong operational & manufacturing experience in the CPG industry with TPM, 5S, LEAN, and GMP standards.
• Proven project management skills and business acumen.
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems; strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with multiple plant teams.

Responsibilities

• Execute initiatives through I2M and IIM processes; manage design reviews and DR4+ activities.
• Coordinate trials, plan materials, and track timings; organize team logistics.
• Support site change management and productivity initiatives across departments.
• Ensure alignment with global/regional menus and manufacturing hurdle rates.
