Qualifications

• Graduate or Engineering in Packaging or relevant field.
• 5+ years minimum experience in Packaging R&D for CPG, Food & Beverage or related industries.
• Good communication skills both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute packaging innovation and productivity projects.
• Work with Global Team for developing packaging specification for live system.
• Responsible for maintaining and harmonizing the packaging specification in the system.
• Lead capability improvement: productivity/value creation, benchmarking, technical know-how, design best practices, development innovation.
• Lead productivity improvement pillar for packaging areas in the supply chain cross func—tion (material, equipment).
• Material, equipment, design, rationalization, waste reduction.
