Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong operational & manufacturing experience in the CPG industry, with TPM, 5S, LEAN and Six Sigma concepts.
• Financial & business acumen, and project management skills; knowledge of industrial manufacturing equipment, automation basics.
• Computer proficiency in MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) and ERP systems; excellent verbal/written communication, analytical and collaborative skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute initiatives through I2M and IIM processes for the site, coordinating change and tracking timelines.
• Support site change management and plant trials, ensuring alignment with production targets and service levels.
• Coordinate with Operations Core team for VSU setup and with Engineering for project startup/construction activities.
