Job summary

Mondelez México is seeking a senior demand planning leader to oversee a 24‑month forecast across product families. You will partner across finance, modelling, commercial, and supply planning to ensure an integrated IBP process and robust risk/opportunity planning.

Ideal candidates bring extensive supply chain and analytics experience, strong leadership, and the ability to drive cross-functional results in a fast-moving consumer goods environment. This role is on site in Santa Fe, Mexico.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive supply chain, economic, financial or logistics experience and strong business acumen.
• Open to learn new ways of working and is willing to be hands on in using data and systems.
• Significant experience driving demand review and participation in an IBP cycle.
• Strategic agility, able to drive cross-functional results and manage key issues.
• Project maturity and tact to work with cross-functional teams amid conflicting priorities.
• Strong senior leadership influencing skills and ability to build effective teams.
• Knowledge of leading practice demand planning and end-to-end supply chain concepts.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and verbal/written communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage a forecasting team responsible for a 24-month forecast with documented assumptions.
• Partner with category finance to link the IBP forecast to financial forecasts.
• Partner with modelling team to generate statistical forecasting.
• Collaborate with commercial leadership to quantify risks and opportunities and plan to close gaps.
• Validate the sizing of innovations, renovations and campaigns entering the 24-month forecast.
• Work with supply planning to ensure confidence in the demand plan and appropriate lead time.
• Coach and develop a team driving continuous capability building in demand planning.
