Mondelez México is seeking a Category Planning & Activation professional to lead space and range reviews with customers, shaping shelf layouts and fixture plans to maximize on-shelf visibility. You will collaborate with category and customer development teams to translate shopper insights into actionable space targets, quarterly reviews, and best-practice case studies.

Formación

• Experience translating shopper insights into space and range recommendations.
• Strong analytical ability to assess space performance and growth opportunities.
• Proven project management and cross-functional teamwork in a commercial/supply chain context.

Responsabilidades

• Lead space and range reviews with customers, including fixture layout and space targets.
• Collaborate with category and customer development teams on space decisions and trials.
• Develop space targets for key categories and track quarterly reviews and case studies.
• Provide comprehensive reviews of category space performance to inform account planning.
