Accenture Mexico City is seeking a Manager for its Global Network - M&A and Private Equity Consulting team to lead complex transactions across the deal lifecycle, from screening to Day 1 readiness, integration, and portfolio transformation.

You will guide teams, shape executive-ready recommendations for senior clients, and drive cross-geography delivery to create measurable value in a fast-paced market.

Formación

• 6+ years post-MBA experience in M&A consulting, strategy, or transaction advisory.
• Leadership of complex M&A or Tech/IT M&A engagements across diligence, integration, or separation.
• Proven experience managing senior client stakeholders and governance forums.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate analysis into board-level recommendations.
• Experience contributing to business development, proposals, or pipeline conversion in M&A contexts.
• Deep industry knowledge in multiple sectors including Financial Services, Healthcare, or Retail.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end execution and governance of complex M&A and PE engagements across the deal lifecycle.
• Shape workplans, hypotheses, deliverables, and executive-ready recommendations.
• Drive senior client conversations, workshops, and C-suite presentations.
• Manage engagement risks, timelines, quality, and team performance.
• Build trusted relationships with PE firms and corporate clients to originate opportunities.
• Lead RFPs, proposals, client orals, and account development.
• Mentor consultants and cultivate high-performing teams.
