Job summary

Qualifications

• Academic: Degree in Electrical Engineering, Control and Automation, or Mechatronics
• Professional experience: Participation in extracurricular activities or practical experience in Human Resources, administrative areas or projects considered differential.
• Technical skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel and Word, experience with macros and databases, performing Excel calculations using formulas, pivot tables, charts, and macros, Knowledge of AI tools.
• Languages: Advanced English level.
• Ability to interpret electrical diagrams and control system architectures, analyze data, and use Excel tools for reporting and calculations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify improvements and optimize processes. Effective communicator with a proactive, self-driven mindset, capable of collaborating across teams and supporting proposal, sales, logistics, and finance activities.

Your Responsabilities

• Analyze project scope and requirements.
• Follow and improve proposal development procedures, identifying opportunities to optimize and implement process enhancements.
• Understand sales strategies and market conditions to recommend cost optimization initiatives.
• Perform cost and technical solution analyses to identify improvement opportunities and cost-saving measures.
• Develop cost, pricing, and engineering benchmarks and metrics to streamline the proposal process.
• Ensure compliance with, and support adherence to, current Integrated Management System requirements, including EHS and Quality policies, procedures, guidelines, and competencies.
