Job summary

Siemens Energy is undergoing a transition with Siemens Gamesa to Omterra. The role supports scheduling for complex EPC HV substation projects in Querétaro, Mexico, requiring collaboration across engineering and logistics teams.

You will maintain schedules, assist PMs to identify risks, and document lessons learned to improve scheduling processes. Strong English and proactive teamwork are essential in this international setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Industrial field.
• Experience in product or project engineering, manufacturing, design or commissioning.
• Advanced English language skills.
• Proactive, collaborative and well organized.

Responsibilities

• Support the creation and maintenance of schedules for complex EPC HV substation projects.
• Keeps good practices, helps PMs to identify and mitigate risks.
• Documents lessons learned, and document improvement in scheduling process.
• Collaborates with PEs, PMs, Logistics and other departments to deliver high-level accuracy schedules.

• Academic Mechanical-Administrator, Mechanical-Electrical or Industrial bachelor’s degree
• Professional experience: Participation in extracurricular activities or practical experience in product or project engineering, manufacturing, design, commissioning, etc.
• Technical skills Excel, Word, Power Point, Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar software
• Languages advanced English
• Skills/Competences Proactive, teamwork, good communication, organization, problem solving
