Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in program management, online education, or continuing professional development.
• Experience with LMS and e-learning authoring tools.
• Proven track record in digital marketing campaigns.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a remote team.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
• Familiarity with online collaboration tools (Zoom, Slack, Asana).
• Passion for education and learner success.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans for growth and improvement of online continuing education programs.
• Manage end-to-end process of online course development including content creation and platform integration.
• Oversee selection, implementation, and utilization of e-learning technologies and platforms.
• Collaborate with instructors and subject matter experts to ensure content is accurate and engaging.
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to promote online programs and attract learners.
• Monitor program performance metrics and analyze learner engagement for enhancements.
• Provide support to online instructors and learners throughout program duration.
• Manage program budgets and resources for financial viability.
• Stay updated on trends in online learning and educational technology.
